North Glynn-Interstate I 95 and the Brunswick Altamaha Canal run through the center of North Glynn. It is home to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport. Within its boundaries it has seven schools; two middle schools, two private Christian Schools and three public elementary schools. The homes located in this area vary in size and age. West Glynn– Is considered more rural and has many residence that work in Brunswick but want to live with less congestion. It is bordered by neighboring counties to the west and south. The Turtle River flows on the border of its east boundary line. Blythe Island Regional Park and the Brunswick Port are located within its boundary. It has one elementary school and over twenty five churches within its border.
Central Glynn– Is the center of Brunswick. The College of Coastal Georgia and Brunswick High School is located in Central Glynn. It also includes two elementary schools and the Brunswick Country Club and golf course. It is made up of many restaurants and the Glynn Place with various other shopping plaza’s. Homes located within its boundary are mostly older established neighborhoods.
Downtown Glynn- Is the heart of Brunswick government and county offices. It has the Brunswick City Hall and Glynn County courthouse and police department. It has a historical homes district with beautiful architectural detail and history. It is surrounded by the Marshes of Glynn on the east and the East River and Marina on the west. It has six schools with its boundaries and the local library that is located in downtown historical downtown. Many boutiques, restaurants and the Ritz Theatre are home to Brunswick downtown district.
